Terms of Service

These Terms govern the conditions of use of LearnLearnLanguage (the “Service”) and the rights and obligations of users and the operator. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

The Service provides AI-powered language-learning tools for conversation practice. It consists of free features (20 conversations a day and review) and paid Premium features (100 conversations a day, video learning, and more). The daily conversation limit reflects a fair-use policy, and the features and limits offered may change as we improve the Service.

2. Account

  • You are responsible for registering with accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure
  • You may not use another person’s account without authorization or transfer or lend your account
  • As a rule, one account is allowed per person

3. User Obligations

You must not engage in the following conduct.

  • Entering content that violates laws or public order and morals, or abusing the Service
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or overloading the system (such as automation abuse)
  • Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Service or third parties

4. Paid Services and Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions are offered monthly or annually, and payments are processed through our payment provider (Dodo Payments)
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled
  • You may cancel at any time; upon cancellation, you may continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing period
  • Details on cancellation and refunds are governed by the “Refunds & Cancellation” policy

5. Notice Regarding AI-Generated Content

The Service’s conversation, correction, translation, and expression organization are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) and may contain inaccurate or inappropriate content. The Service is provided as a supplementary tool to aid learning and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of generated content. We recommend separate verification for important purposes.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond the operator’s reasonable control, such as force majeure or failures of third-party services (AI, payments, hosting, etc.). Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes to the Terms and Governing Law

These Terms may be changed as needed, and any changes will be announced within the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be resolved before the competent court under applicable law.
